Patricks Bay Villa is situated on the Sea Rocks area on the northeast side of the island. Sea Rocks has long been an exclusive residential area in Anguilla. It is a five minute drive from Shoal Bay East, one of the most beautiful and well known of Anguilla's 31 famous beaches.
Our villa is directly on the sea and has one of the most spectacular views on the island. In front of the villa there is a path to a small private snorkeling beach 90 feet away.
The villa is elegant, spacious, and comfortable. The main house consist of a large living room with a 30 ft. ceiling, three separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a separate dining room and kitchen.
There is one bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom, on the lower level, which is accessed by an outdoor entrance.
All bedrooms are air conditioned. All rooms in the house have ceiling fans.
The 60 ft. porch/gallery directly faces the sea and extends for the entire length of the villa. It is furnished with new Tropicana porch furniture and has a table with 6 chairs for meals and entertaining.
A three minute drive or a ten minute walk east will bring you to the picturesque fishing village of Island Harbor, where on the small beach you will find Falcons Nest Restaurant, which serves freshly caught seafood! Close by are the well known restaurant Hibernia and Artisans, a popular Italian Restaurant. You must visit the French bakery, Le Bon Pain for world class fresh warm croissants and french bread to eat there or bring home for breakfast with our magnificent view!
Near by, Shoal Bay East, the 1 and 1/2 mile beach, offers long quiet walks on the soft white sand and swimming in the warm, incandescent blue water . Reefs and snorkeling are just off shore. The famous beach bars and restaurants are Uncle Ernies, Madearman Reef Restaurant, Tropical Sunset, and Gwens. They all have beach chairs, umbrellas every day, and music on Sundays! The luxurious new boutique hotel, Zemi Beach Resort is tucked away at the far west end of the beach. It has all the amenities including a beach bar, grill and formal dining room and fantastic spa.
Our Villa island manager can provide you with all services including an introductory bottle of wine, and advice regarding car rentals, transportation
and on anything that you might need during your visit . 6 day per week Maid service is included in your rental.
Most of all, you will remember the villa and the porch where you are constantly aware of the sea, the splashing of the waves on the rocks, the diving of the pelicans and seagulls in the water, and the sailboats and fishing boats passing by on their way around the island. You will remember coming home after a day out on the beach or exploring the island to having refreshments and watching a beautiful sunset from our porch !!
